David & Liz Holden
While remaining an elder at New Community, David has for many years traveled widely serving the Newfrontiers family of churches in the UK and overseas. Dave & Liz’s four children have now left home and they have recently become grandparents. David is a passionate West Ham fan, something which demands great patience on the part of Liz and the other members of the team!

Steve & Ann Blaber
Steve and Ann have been part of the church since it's inception. Steve's training was in electronic engineering and for many years he worked for the Ministry of Defence travelling widely both in the UK and overseas. In 1991 he left the MoD to work full time on the eldership team where he was able to use his management skills both in the local church and latterly with the Newfrontiers Apostolic Team. Steve and Ann have three grown-up children and one disabled son still at home. Ann has worked in a local school for children with learning disabilities and both Steve and Ann have found God open up opportunities to help others through their personal experiences.

Derek & Jenny Gibbs
Derek has been an elder at New Community since 1998, having previously been a secondary school teacher. Derek & Jenny have five grown-up children and an ever increasing number of grandchildren. They are passionate about seeing New Community being a church where all ages and types of people are able to find a home and a purpose in life.
