Tim kicks off our new series on Romans, focusing upon Paul’s opening greeting – it’s all about Jesus and the Gospel of God!

In the opening verses of Romans Paul is quick to communicate his Christ centred life, message and mandate. As an apostle ‘set apart for the gospel’ he knows the immense potential and power held in it to transform lives and nations, his life being a prime example of this. The first few verses set the scene for the letter, which Tyndale describes as ‘The principle most excellent part of the New Testament’.
