Getting our perspective right on life’s circumstances is a challenge, particularly when we are being ‘preached’ to daily through magazine articles, TV programmes and other distinctly ‘Godless’ sources. Christ’s teaching on the characteristic values of His Kingdom was always very practical, covering all manner of issues from money and death to the poor and what will happen at the end of time.
