Genesis: In the Beginning
God created Male and Female

James Silley and Hannah Silley

03 May 2009

James and Hannah tackle the huge topic of gender and God's design for man and womanhood as found in Genesis 2.

Who am I? Where have I come from? What am I here for? Invariably these are questions every person will ask at some point in their life and in these first few chapters of the Bible we find many of the answers. The origins of the world, humanity, sin and redemption are all contained here, making these some of the most enthralling passages in all scripture. In this series we delve into the implications of the first few chapters of Genesis for how we understand our own existence in relation to God and one another.

Whilst we only scrape the surface here, nonetheless our hope is that through this series you’ll be assured that God’s plan from the beginning has always been, to have a people for his own, made in his image, to being glory to His name.
