The forth part of our series in Acts: Acts Chapter 4: Dave Holden

From the very beginning of the Church 2000 years ago in Jerusalem the radical nature of the people involved was evident for all to see. They lived their lives devoted to the scriptures, devoted to one-another and devoted to the poor. Consequently what started out as a bunch of misfits in an upper-room soon became a pioneering army, united by the person of Jesus Christ and His saving work in their lives.

At New Community Church we aspire to live as radically as this and by looking at the adventure of those early Christians we are able to glean insight into what it means for us to be pioneering in the 21st century.
