• 	Hello all and welcome to Student Lunches! Students and Twenties Blog: 5 October 2011 This past Sunday, following a great time of worship and an even better sermon from our own Dave Holden, we had the joy of hosting our first Student lunch at the centre (that’s New Community Church for all the new arrivals). Lots of students and those in their 20’s showed up to eat some great jacket potatoes and a variety of beans. No doubt the main highlight for most involved a choice of 3 desserts, banoffee pie included, although certain indulgers (myself included ) had the chance to taste all three. • 	Starting at University? Students and Twenties Blog: 21 September 2011 We'd love to meet you! At New Community Church you'll find a big group of students and 20's who are passionate about Jesus, His church and reaching campuses with the Good News about Him. It can be a daunting first few months at Uni,  with new accomodation, friends, course etc; hence we aim to support students who are a part of us as best as possible, connecting them into small groups, providing free meals (!) and generally equpping them to excell in their new environment. • 	Lifts to Church from Avery Hill Campus Students and Twenties Blog: 24 September 2010 Another quick note for all you Freshers who have just got to uni and are crazily checking out all the local churches in the area!  Our building is just a 5 minute drive away from Greenwich University’s Avery Hill campus and because we want to make it as easy as possible for you guys to get to church on a Sunday morning, we will be picking up students who want to come along to our 11.30 service from the front gates of the Avery Hill campus 11am.
